Made Up, LLC (“Made Up,” “HeirWell,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the HeirWell mobile application and related website and services. HeirWell is designed to help people organize information needed to care for another person and to make that information easier to access and manage.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, when we may share it, and the choices available to you when you use HeirWell.

Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide when you create an account and use HeirWell. Depending on how you use the app, this may include:

Your name, email address, password, and account information.
Information about people you care for, including names and other identifying information you choose to enter.
Health and medical information that you choose to record, such as medications, health information, providers, and related notes.
Financial and legal information that you choose to record, including accounts, documents, contacts, and other information you consider useful for caregiving or planning.
To-do items, notes, reminders, and other information you choose to store in the app.

Information About Other People

HeirWell is designed to help you organize information about people you care for. You may therefore enter information about another person. You are responsible for having an appropriate basis to collect and use information you enter about another person and for using HeirWell in accordance with applicable law.

Health Information

HeirWell allows you to store health-related information that you choose to enter. HeirWell is an organizational tool and is not a healthcare provider, medical record system, or medical advice service. We do not use information you enter into HeirWell to diagnose, treat, or prevent disease.

How Information Is Stored

HeirWell uses third-party technology providers to provide account authentication, database, hosting, storage, and related services. Information you enter into HeirWell may therefore be processed or stored by service providers acting on our behalf.

When We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

With service providers that help us operate HeirWell.
When necessary to protect the security, rights, or property of HeirWell, our users, or others.

Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your HeirWell account and associated personal information through the account-deletion functionality provided in the app. Some information may be retained when required by law or where reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes, security, fraud prevention, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Children’s Privacy

HeirWell is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us at:

Third-Party Services

HeirWell may use third-party services to provide infrastructure, authentication, analytics, communications, hosting, or other functionality.
